In the United States, transactions follow the federal and state laws that apply to each activity and are carried out with local legal counsel and partners. Every transaction has contracts, collateral and filings in the country where the assets and debtors are.
We design debt, collateral and payment flows for projects, companies and investors in both countries, with the group company in the asset's country entering the transaction.
We structure and issue CRI, CRA, CR and private issuances backed by portfolios we analyze, hold in custody and collect ourselves.
